We charge by the page. Our page contains 25 lines and the rate is determined by the expected delivery of the transcript.

ORDINARY RATE (transcript to be delivered within 30 days)	$4.00
EXPEDITED RATE (transcript to be delivered within 7 days)	$5.00
DAILY RATE (transcript to be delivered the next business day)	$6.00

Medical Transcript

The standard Medical Transcription measurement is calculated as per line. We calculate our counts using a 65-character line, not as a visual line; that is to say we take the total characters in a file and divide by 65 to find the actual accurate character content.

Our cost per line varies from between 10 cents and 15 cents per 65 Character Line. Turnaround time is between 24 and 48 hours.
